1 TCF is regarded as worth $1bln onshore, as a ball park figure. Gas in California commands 4x Henry Hub on average and in the recent cold spell 8x. So it is a bit of an elephant .as is alvares of course but this is looking like third off the rank ATM. all highly speculative ATM but this has XST's interest, so that in itself seems part confirmation.
