I wouldn't go that far gobris, that is calling them a respected broking house, particularly the broker with the $1.20 TP, because they are one of the brokers that came out and said they would be shorting PLS along with Paragon (or whatever the firm is called).
Be careful what you read into those broker forecasts, because that same broker came out with oversupply BS this time last year, remember the MIN DSO crap.
