    Dear Sir / Madam,
    The Company is pleased to announce, as approved by Shareholders at
    Oropa’s AGM on Friday 27th November 2009 that its name has officially
    been changed to Sihayo Gold Limited effective 2 December 2009.
    The ASX have advised that the new trading code is SIH and this will be
    effective from Monday 7 December 2009.
