What is holding them back is essentially no vision for the company - case in point - look at todays presentation at ASX emerging Gems conference - they used the word 'vision' but I honestly can't tell you what it is - there are no short or long terms goals or milestones the company is shooting for and no clearly defined roadmap. I don't think the company is overpriced but I don't see much to get excited about as a holder either.
PS: The word CV makes me think of applying for a job - Police don't check your CV as far as I know.
