All the optimists seem to have disappeared from this forum.

I invested years ago in QPSX to make money out of IP assertion. The company successfully achieved this and could have paid handsome dividends but didn't.

Instead it invested the winnings in a start up technology of which it knew nothing. The shareholders had no choice. The directors dragooned them and their money into a speculative venture which they were never asked to agree to.

Given that directors control a large block of shares all we can do is lobby against the Renumeration Report which they cannot vote on.

Disgusted.
