One (a director) might have an accounting background, but paying 5.5 cents/share when last sale was @ 4.1 suggests that it might not count for a lot.
Ross Norgard has over 50m shares, he either knows more than the rest, is overly optimistic, or has simply made a poor investment.
I'm afraid I fit into the last category and lingered too long in the second.
If someone in the organisation has a head for numbers perhaps they could update the top twenty. My guess is Newman and Norgard are simply attempting to prevent the SP slide into oblivion caused by the Farrelly's dumping. I admit it is only a guess, but adding to 49.5m holding...?
