Karoon Gas is a completely inappropriate name for this fine company of ours. Considering we have no actual operations how about we rename ourselves Karoon Bank? Jokes aside, how about Karoon Oil as that is what we're truly exposed to.
There is nothing worse than telling someone you have shares in Karoon Gas to which they inevitably begin giving their uninformed opinion about gas. Then you have to explain the whole story until you eventually can tell them we actually have nothing to do with gas.
Do you think a name change is necessary and if so what name do you suggest?
Considering management aren't doing anything at the moment I think they should change the gas part but keep Karoon.
