I cant answer the question unfortunately but surely they have a responsibility to keep us informed as to when. I guess overall it makes little difference to a long term holder.
However while the price stays at 6 cents it kills me to look at the market today and see so many others having great runs.....while this stays stagnant but with so much upside potential.
I cant bare to sell and re-buy at a later date in case the ship sails without me.

Not sure there is anything a mere minor shareholder can do?
