Hi all
I contacted Hutchinson today as I wanted to confirm what date HTA was going to be removed from the ASX and replaced by VHA. It looks like my previous response to Samaro was totally wrong; for that I apologise.
The lovely lady at Hutch responded with the following; "HTA will remain listed. HTA has a 50% interest in VHA, with the other 50% interest being held by the Vodafone Group. Hutchison 3G Australia which was wholly owned by HTAL prior to the merger is now known as VHA".
So all is good, HTA will still trade on the ASX but with all the benefits of the merger.
