I wonder why we have Captains to run our ships?.

Everyone of these people have done an apprenticeship to learn their Trade.

That young Politician Whyatt is an apprentice in Parliament to learn.

Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, Football teams and etc, all have Leaders to take responsibility.
