I should have answered my own question about why shorters think stock is going down. easiest way is two charts the first is Revenue and profits which are going down.
The second is NdPR price which is going down and driving the steep decline in revenue and Profits. Shorter's are not driving the decline they are just taking advantage of what is the most likely the future results.
