* uranium price reaches $90-100 again
* production from lance gets to 2-2.5 million lbs a year (from toll agreements plus our own plant and maybe ppm upgrades as well)
* excess cash from lance enables major progress at karoo (upgrade to resource or faster than expected development)
* excess cash allows purchase of other projects (think about how PDN isn't really making that much money but has about 10 projects being advanced)
