I would prefer a script offer - look at the difference:

• Cash offer of $4 ps

• Script offer of 1.42 UMC : 1 FMG

• + for both cash and script - spin-off of bauxite with a 3 UMC : 1 Bauxite in-specie distribution.

Lol...we only just got rid of the FMS loyals, just wait for the abuse I get from FMG holders.

Reasons for script:

a) Could take 3 months and by that time FMG could have doubled in price.

b) Cash means we don't have any control over CGT.
