Nameplate capacity means the plant is operating at or has been shown to be able to operate happily at its design capacity. So if Machine A was designed to produce 1000 buoys a month and it can/does do that, it is operating at nameplate capacity. If it doesn't, most owners get stressed. Some coy's share price can fall as it may point to expensive long term delays to ramp production up.
Chart wise mce has dropped below recent support level. Next support level may be $2.50. Its hard to believe mce could go lower but there is no news and chart suggests it is out of favour. Im hanging on for now hoping that we are seeing bottom action at the current price.
