young1, yes, I think you are wrong. Lynas haven't mentioned reaching nameplate in June for many months now, as far as I am aware. They have mentioned achieving 11,000tpa rate in June this year, but as they seem to be using most parts of both Phases of the LAMP, that's not nameplate for Phase 1. The last announcement which included mention of ongoing problems with the cracking and leaching parts of Phase 1 (11/3/14) hasn't been superseded by one saying they are all fixed.
