1. Can you enter into a legal agreement with an unregistered company?
Metals agreement with "Reliance Investment Agencies CC" was deemed null and void because the entity 'Reliance' was an unregistered company and it's so called directors, Malakia, Moore or Froese could not be 'authorised' to sign over the EPL's on behalf of it.
2. If Metals does not win this case, should it sue Malakia & Co for fraudulent misrepresentation?
