    A hard read, but a very positive judgement!!

    I particularly liked ... "those who received exactly what they bargained for should not be allowed to escape the consequences of a bad bargain by means of an enrichment action which is intended to be an equitable remedy."

    I think that we should all hope that the judges in Namibia support the rule in Wilken v Kohler and also share Brand's call for common sense to prevail.
