No it wouldn't..Especially for a mill/refinery...Namibia Critical Metals cobalt assays a little muted but only after few holes' assays returned....and location of feeder zone for entire both companies DOF still not found..Also Namibia Critical Metals CEO is also on the board of Celsius Resources...
Looking forward to a much better and closer to EV takeoff 2019..
