Sounds all good, although African nations are particularly corrupt and the wheels of bearaucry can turn amazingly slow when the right wheels arent lubricated "pocket style"
I can only imagine how well the wheels of a nuclear industry will turn. Look at KEY and their effort to try to get gas to a market where its needed in Dar es Salaam.
With Africa's natural resources they have the potential to be an economic leader, if they can only sort their basket-case-edness out.
