CapnBirdseye: Fully agree with what you are saying about KENYA. But perhaps the question was in respect to NAMIBIA?? Namibia is even much safer than Kenya in my opinion... I would not worry too much about "country-risk" in the case of the grounds resp. the countries in which PCL is involved in. All JIMHO.
