Just listened to MM on Bloomberg web site you posted. He certainly is enthusiastic, although looking tired.
The good news for Chariot is that he said HRT/unx will drill 4 wells next year, including block 2713 (next to Chariot 2714).
In total that means 7 wells to be drilled over 2011/12, being Chariot 2, Arcadia (tower) 1, HRT 4.
All these wells look like they will be drilled in deepwater targets, going after the oil source rocks.Looks like 2 wells Northern Basin (chariot 1, Arcadia 1), Central Blocks HRT 2, Southern Blocks HRT 2, Chariot 1.

Chariot is well placed, to not only benefit from success in its own blocks but also any success elswhere, particularly the Central Blocks, which HRT will drill before Chariot drills its blocks.

To date there have been 9 exploration wells drilled mostly in shallow waters offshore Namibia. The chances of discovery from 7 wells must be quite high, and all Namibian explorers will benefit from an discovery success.MM seemed confident of discoveries twice the size of the Brazilian Tupi field.
It all starts in approx 6 months, fasten safety belts.
