It will be very interesting to watch EnerGulf tonight, but I think the writing is on the wall here... up 100% in one day, on no news, on high volume, while they have been due to TD for a couple of weeks. The discovery of a new oil producing province at a time of declining production and increasing demand would send the majors into a frenzy IMHO, just like Chinguetti-1 did for offshore Mauritania, with Majors shelling out 100M for nearby permits. And KEY and PANCON's permit is the largest offshore Namibia. Hunt, Tullow and BHPBP would make excellent farm-in partners but I wouldn't rule out Sintz. either, as it appears the Namibian Govt. are somewhat favourable to Russian partners as opposed to Western ones.
