IMO Kudu will just sit until a ready market matures in Namibia. However this can take a long time given Shell discovered Songo Songo in the 1970s but P&A'd due to lack of market. Orca picked up the scraps - but it only came online in 2003 (?) so that's a loooooooong wait.
Huge costs involved in exporting gas so I don't think that will happen.
I'm pretty sure the majors are only in there for one thing - Black Gold! Frontier exploration has a very nice impact on shareholder wealth creation. I'd like to hear something about Borsano now, I'm really excited.
