As to the Jewish Council, i have no idea but was there a Jewish connection in the US Fed during the Crash of '29? .. would be ironic if Jewish influence caused the Fed to tighten money supply, which caused the Crash, which caused WWII, which caused the Holocaust.
I remember watching a documentary on the Nazi Party and they were a fringe group, nutters, until the 29 crash, then democracy failed and desperate Germans voted for the Devil.
