Sorry, that was a ridiculously short post that explained little...
Parteners are willing to invest in these large gas projects, but generally the aim is to export the gas elsewhere.
What is missed though, is the rapid growth in some of these economies. China specifically is investing and as a result the demand for energy will accelerate quite quickly.
Kudu is different as it is very large for a small economy but not large enough for export.
Times will change rapidly.
Certainly as far as Tanzania goes this is not a major issue.
