Frankie, you lose all credibility when you start a thread inferring there is a Namibian Constitutional Court that can review the Namibian Supreme Court judgment, and then post flimsy follow up information which was relevant for a different jurisidiction altogether, namely South Africa, as well as cases which were ultimately thrown out of court.
I am more than happy to debate issues with you but you need to back up your arguments with facts not fictions.
