Negotiations around a Namibian stake in Husab have obviously been the delay in the ML. Next door in Botswana the gov has an option to take 10% of projects but at a cost not for knicks.
With Namibia confirming that an agreement has now been made the mining license will be forthcoming and so will the CGNPC bid.
