Legislating to force companies to allocate ANY percentage of shareholding to any specific group is bad enough. When it is racially-based, and/or skin colour based, then that is particularly repugnant.
And as you correctly point out - foreign investment will disappear out of Namibia like a king tide going out!
Hopefully, someone with the ear of the Namibian Government will have a quiet word and point this out.... perhaps John Borshoff would be appropriate?
