PDN keep talking an keep underdelivering. They sh*tcan every other U company when given a chance....EXT/BMN and so on.
25% BEE ownership is NOT on the table in Namibia and may have been a catchphrase by some politician during the elelction.
namibia has been careful to distance itself from the South African model which is a joke.
BMN, along with EXT work very closely with government on all these issues.
FYI PDN have spent most of thier warchest on keeping Namibian and malawi operations ramping up/going.
