Hi folks

Monkey requested a chart and interpretation.

Here goes. I use weekly charts with 10WMA (10 week moving average , same as 50DMA) coupled with 40WMA (40 week moving average , same as 200DMA) I also use RSI , Macd and Stoch's. I also use Fibs in both directions ( I don't swear by completely but have found them very useful so that I am not surprised by the market action) They help me set buy and sell targets

I should declare that I am a fan of NAN for a long time now. She tends to stair step her way up most of the times but always with corrections

I use the weekly hi-lo candles to see whether we are in a bullish or bearish period. I use these periods using ABC fibs and the RSI to set either buy or sell targets.

I am not afraid to trade a portion of my NAN holding to bank some profits ( I never sell them all) with a view to buy back into a bearish correction. I have managed to free carry my base NAN stock by doing this.

* Bullish when the entire weekly candle is above the 10WMA for the first time after a bearish period. Remain bullish even in the weeks when it cuts across the 10WMA. If the 10WMA is rising this adds to the bullish confirmation.

Upward FIB help me set sell target zones as well as using the RSI that indicate over bought condition 70+ as well as the stochs beginning to turn.

* Bearish when the entire weekly candle is Below the 10WMA for the first time after a bullish period. especially if it happens two weeks in a row. A downward direction of the 10WMA confirms the bear.

Where are we now? See the chart below.

Bearish signal triggered in the week 12th July. 10WMA has been turning downwards for 4 weeks. The 40WMA is slightly sliding.

I took some profit off the table in late March. I am looking to get back in the coming weeks. What am I looking for?

RSI in the 20-25 range oversold.

Big upward FIB retracement

A wave from a low of 4.01 to peak at 7.41 gives potential retracement low of
* At 50% Ret 5.71 my likely target
* At 61% Ret 5.31 (not my fav)

Last downward Fib
* A wave down from a peak at 7.41 to a low of 5.98.
* B wave bounce from 5.98 to a peak at 6.58 about a 40% bounce
*C wave downward extension at 23.6% Ext 5.64 ( my likely entry) at 38.2 % EXT 5.43

So in summary I''ll be looking to get back in at the 5.64 - 5.71 range.
If it continues to fall to the 5.31 - 5.43 I might top up again. The annual report is due in the last week in August hoping to trade before the announcement.

This is how I have traded NAN several times in the past. Occasionally no trade presents itself, but that's OK other opportunities will present themselves.
