It does appear that shorters have had some role in driving down NAN's share price in recent times, and as you say, if your long term outlook on NAN is positive, then shorters provide an opportunity to buy in at a lower price than would otherwise be available.
For me $2.60 per share and below changes my sentiment from "hold" to "buy" and while I have just had a small dabble at $2.60, I'll be happy to progressively increase the size of my buy parcels with each 10 cent incremental decrease in price from that point.
