From what I understand, management are taking there time with Nangwarry to ensure they get the best deal and value for shareholders. Ultimately this is a good thing. However, I do think management could do better with their indicative timelines. When Nangwarry was first discovered we were told it would likely be 6 months for negotiations and then an additional 18 months for the plant build. This is certainly an area management could improve.
However, having run a business myself I know things are constantly changing and not always within your control. Communication regarding changes to project timelines could certainly be improved. Hopefully management are taking there time to realise the most value from the discovery.
