Not sure what's been happening of late but this is not the first time this has happened with this company. Previous MD Brett Teale sold holders short in 2009. At that time hundreds of millions of shares were issued for .001c to the new directors who used KML as a 'reverse takeover'. I held then ... not anymore. I tried ASIC then but nothing ever happened.
