If a Nanny looks after children in the child's family home how can Kristyn Fong put up a baseless argument? Is she confused with child minders who look after children in the child minder's home. In that case safety similar to a child care centre would be in place, with regulations.

That's because it's the child's home environment. Maybe we should build all homes to child care standard to allow for minders/nannies/governess and baby sitters.
