Perhaps the reloader is Bill or his cronies! (half joking, half serious haha!). IBM does have a close relationship with Microsoft who are likely to house any green pass data should such a system eventuate. It has been interesting trading activity since the raise. The kind you see when someone is trying to jump quickly or before a TO/merger IMO.
