She also hammered home the point that the goal was for non-invasive clinical diagnostics that "must be cost effectively mass produced", and "must be able to be produced in existing FABS". Very interestingly, she also said we are now "at the stage of mass production". Then she backtracked a bit and said "these guys licensed it, and hopefully it will be a product one day". So no strict timeline given. However, my sense is that things are moving quickly, especially in light of her comment regrading mass production.

Finally, she mentioned that McKinsey estimate that by 2026, diagnostics will be a two trillion dollar (USD) industry.
