I’ll look into this a bit later as i’m a tad busy atm, but I have 2 theories, and it would be based around, from memory there was a delay in FDA submission with a flaw in the design of the cartridges, who remembers the specifics of this?

need to look into when she was brought on for the role but she would have been brought on to build a framework and governance on the design of the device, to either, FIX the issue and prevent future reoccurrence and now that’s done.

or

she was responsible for that governance and it failed and caused a huge delay in the FDA submission / progress and that’s why she was not extended.

just my theory, but at a glance at her CV, this is revolving around the projects quality governance and framework around the med devices build
