Not at all, there’s always a possibility that they get something spectacularly right, whether by accident or not, and don’t manage to screw it up or flog it off prematurely. However I tend to focus on track record, position in market, options available, demonstrated skills and so forth.
These indicate to me that there are significant barriers to good new deal flow, that there will continue to be a sell off of anything saleable in the portfolio and consumption of most of the proceeds on overheads.
