I as you are probably know have a legal background but the one thing I have expertise in is the innate ability of human intelligence to make mistakes and having made them making them again and again despite from time to time achieving perfection.
It is this simple life observation which leads me to believe creating artificial intelligence that is a precise replica of human intelligence would not actually be that intelligent.
