Dingo, Minelab have just released the GPX 6000, unfortunately without akida which for 8k I'm sure they could have afforded.
I did email Brainchip quite a while ago suggesting minelab as a potential customer, in the vain hope they might make the ultimate gold detector. Looks like I will just have to keep relying on my own ears a bit longer
