Test yourself when can (using RAT) and if positive and your symptoms are mild - isolate yourself at home (as much as you can) and if your symptoms are more serious seek medical help (via telehealth) or more serious than that, then take yourself to A&E. The responsibility has shifted from mandated health control to the individual - that is clear now.
