Thinking and typing do not go together I was thinking peptides and typing proteins.
This to one side, I took what they are seeking to patent as being their system and method for identifying the subset of peptides within the isolated peptides and then identifying within this subset the particular peptide that will bind to a specific target disease antibody.
This method and system would seem to be something you are entitled to patent and Then you keep as a trade secret the peptide you identify and use to identify the target antibody.
