Maybe medical/family history has a bearing on what course of action needs to be taken so having a specialist involved would be sensible (?). He did mention part of the team were working on ethical considerations as well.
Not a medical person but that's my take on it.
Pretty sure it says analyses breath with AI then sends to cloud.
