A HFT bot in control of it no doubt, look at the buys and sells - tiny little random orders everywhere .But why ? My guess is a large institution is driving it down to accumulate a big holding but it's impossible to say . It's a v good business with a solid sales growth ,and have just released another great update so hard to imagine large exits.
