well the scheme vote is around June 20 and i expect the UK gov will take many months to come to any conclusions.

CSC are much better off controlling ISF which allows them to be adaptable to any proposed changes. most likely they will have to cut costs and they can do that much better when they have full control of the system.

its easy to criticize a service but jumping ship to another system usually results in even more costs and uncertain outcome. the usual course is to demand cost cuts.

i would still find it advantageous for CSC to continue with the takeover.
