As a fund NAOS have a loophole where they can remove themselves from disclosure in January their prime broker applied a ASIC Class Order 11/272 across their holdings in which they ceased to be a substantial holder in terms of disclosure but their position didn't change at the time - ie. they still held over 11% of the company while removing themselves from the sub-holder title.
