My read is they want oil coming out of the ground by Q2 2010. The only way that is going to happen now is chemical flood.
Davo all seems quiet with the Wyoming Govt. and the whole CO2 front. Governor is too busy working out how to pay his staff let alone all the royalties they are losing with the POO.
CO2 is dead and buried IMO. yeah chemical is the only option.
As for ELK - drilling next qtr IMO is contingent upon getting a JV for Kakadu and Uluru. No JV no drilling, it's a wildcat target still and there is no spare money in the kitty to cough up on dusters. They are two for two at the moment on that front.
