CO2 is as good as dead...except exxon have to place 110mmcfd when it comes onstream second quarter 2010 after that they will not be allowed to vent it, they were in front of the commission on the 10th of Feb, so the government is right onto them........Rancher was meant to take 70mmcfd (from memory)and that aint going to happen...so although CO2 may not be breathing it still has a faint pulse....I noticed in the latest presentation they mention they "are currently in renewed discussions" for CO2.....Hopefully by April they will make a definate commitment to one or the other...
