    Does anyone know how the NAPE tender is progressing?

    If ELK get what they want - it will be a boost of $2.24 million 'ish to the ELK coffers. If they don't then perhaps a share placement might have to be sought.

    How much did we pay for this acreage ?

    Are they confident of securing a partner with both or either offers ?

    Do we have any debt ATM?

    How much ca$h do ELK have ATM?

    What is going on over at MAE ? Seems like they are in a fair bit of trouble.

    (sorry i haven't been following ELK much lately)
