I disagree.
I think part of what's is going on here is we as a country are breeding a larger % of lower IQ kids year on year. We are becoming a stupid country, and it's mostly due to government funding. Those not working and from poorer socioeconomic backgrounds are having more kids to get more government $$. Nothing we can do about it is the short term no matter how many $$ you throw at the problem.
Stupids parent usually breed stupid kids, it just genetics. Doesn't mean they re bad people or won't contribute to society they will just be not as clever and over all our IQ as a country will continue to drop.
